Anyone who is experiencing problems in any areas of their lives
may be suitable for therapy.
Counselling - For problems that people are experiencing
currently in their lives, and which they wish to explore and resolve.
Counselling sessions are for individuals or couples, last for one
hour and usually are from one to 12 sessions.
Psychotherapy - Is appropriate where people are experiencing
repeated difficulties in life which are often linked to the past.
Psychotherapy sessions last for one hour and is usually on a longer
term basis. It may be individual or in groups.
Group Therapy - Some individual therapy will be necessary
before joining a therapy group.
After you contact us we will ask you some brief questions, by email
or on the phone, to establish whether counselling or psychotherapy
is right for you just now. Then you will be able to come in for
your first therapy session.
